Return Policy

In the event of the goods being damaged upon delivery, Elliott Entertainments Pty Ltd trading as Memorabilia Online and Corporate Concepts will require the goods to be returned, at their cost, in the state in which they were delivered, for insurance purposes.  Upon receipt of these goods Memorabilia Online shall replace the item, or in the event of such goods no longer being available, shall refund in full all money's.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

While Elliott Entertainments does its best to ensure the optimal performance of the Memorabilia Online site, you agree that you use the Memorabilia Online site and rely on material contained in the site at your own risk. • in the case of goods supplied or offered through the Memorabilia Online site the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of such goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
